Buffett Virgins having PHun at Tampa Buffett Concert
I made a last minute decision to attend the Jimmy Buffett concert in Tampa which is part of his 2017 I Don’t Know Tour, and missed the opportunity to phlock in the parking lot where all the Tampa Bay Parrotheads, Sarasota Bay Parrotheads and many other Parrothead Clubs were tailgating. I knew that Dorothy Bedlin, President of the Tampa Club had a great tailgate planned with music and a volcano to initiate the Buffett Virgins. Tampa’s venue at the MidFlorida Credit Untion Amphitheatre is the largest tailgate venue I have been to and there are several parking lots available to tailgate in. Although I knew I was missing all great musicians in Lot A such as the Trop Rock Junkies, the JP’s with Jimi Pappas and John Patti, Drop Dead Dangerous, Joel Thomas and Highway One Band, I saw the tailgate party from a different vantage point this time with a group of Buffett Virgins.
